About Me

I'm Muhammad Daud (David) Ishs (Arabic: ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺩﺍﻭﻭﺩ ﺍﺻﻬﺲ), son of Iman S. H. Suyoto and Fety Aryani.

I was born in East Jakarta, Indonesia. My birth weight was 2.9 kilogrammes. My birth length was 0.48 metres. (My dad insists that all units be SI.) Like my parents', my hair colour is black.

What does your name mean?

“Muhammad” is the final prophet/messenger of Islam, the best and most perfect human being, and whose light is witnessed by the believers, and the ultimate intercessor; God bless him and give him peace. To him the Quran was revealed by God.

“Daud” (English: David) is the name of a prophet/messenger of Islam. To him the Psalms (Arabic: ﺯﺑﻭﺭ) were revealed by God.

“Ishs” is a known nickname of my father.

How do you look from time to time?

What's your favourite food?

Currently, anything Mom-made. When I was about 1 year, I liked tuna and chicken porridge. When I was about 6 months, I liked pumpkins and red rice so much.

Will you follow your parents' footsteps?

My parents intend to let me freely choose my path, as long as it's right.
